Appointment confirmations are important to keep your schedule on track. You will receive a reminder email or text 48 hours before your appointment, and you will be asked to confirm via email or text. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy regarding lash refill appointments.
Refill Appointment
To keep your lashes looking nice and full, we recommend scheduling lash refill appointments every 2 weeks. Clients are required to book their appointments online, and a non-refundable deposit is necessary for all bookings. For your convenience, please check your appointment confirmations and take note of our cancellation policy. If you prefer regular maintenance, consider pre-booking a few refill appointments in advance.
Appointment Prerequisites
A grace period of 15 minutes is given to all clients. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time. If you need to reschedule your lash refill appointments, please let us know as soon as possible. If you know you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call to see if you will still be able to be serviced.
During the Lash Application
The adhesive may not adhere if lashes are not clean, so please remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment. There is an additional $10.00 charge to remove eye makeup, which will lessen the time spent applying your eyelash extensions.

On Lash Application Bed
Once the lash application starts, your eyes will be closed for a period of time. Please refrain from answering phone calls while you are being serviced. The Lash Tech will not be able to assist you with answering phone calls due to sanitary reasons, so please DO NOT ASK!
Lash Issues/Concern
Sow Beautiful Lashes guarantees their work, therefore clients have a 3-day window to correct any issues regarding premature shedding. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage prompt communication following your appointment confirmations.
Payment
Sow Beautiful Lashes accepts all major credit cards or cash. No checks accepted!
Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show
Please understand that your appointment is reserved solely for you; we operate by appointment only. All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation policy or reschedule notice. All appointments cancelled within the business day window are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Clients will have the opportunity to reschedule their lash appointments twice. Beyond two rescheduled appointments will result in full forfeiture of any funds received. SBL reserves the right to charge a fee of $50 for all missed appointments (no-show). Due to the demand for our services, we reserve the right to decline future appointments for clients who cancel excessively. This policy is to ensure Sow Beautiful Lashes has the opportunity to schedule another client in place of the cancelled or rescheduled appointment to avoid financial loss from last-minute cancellations. Your consideration of our appointment policy is greatly appreciated.
New Clients
All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve and confirm their appointment. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to services rendered. Any exceptions are at Sow Beautiful Lashes' discretion.
Guests
Due to COVID-19, guests are not allowed. No children are permitted while being serviced. Your eyes will be closed during the lash application, and your children will be unsupervised. This is for the safety of your children and other clients.
