Refill Appointment
To keep your lashes looking full and beautiful, we recommend scheduling refill appointments every two weeks. Regular maintenance helps replace grown-out extensions and maintain the overall appearance of your lashes.
All appointments must be booked online, and a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
For a smooth booking experience, please review your appointment confirmations and familiarize yourself with our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
If you prefer consistent lash maintenance, we encourage you to pre-book several refill appointments in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
Appointment Policies & Prerequisites
At Sow Beautiful Lashes, we strive to provide every client with exceptional service in a relaxing and professional environment. Please review our appointment policies before booking.
Appointment Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is extended to all clients. If you arrive late, your service will be performed within the remaining time allotted for your appointment. If you anticipate arriving more than 15 minutes late, please call ahead to determine whether we can still accommodate your appointment.
If you need to reschedule a lash refill appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
Preparing for Your Appointment
For optimal lash retention, please arrive with clean lashes and remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment. Lash adhesive may not bond properly to lashes that contain makeup residue.
A $10 fee will be charged for eye makeup removal. Please note that time spent removing makeup will reduce the time available for your lash application.
Cell Phone Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, please place your phone on vibrate or silent during your appointment.
During Your Lash Service
Once your lash application begins, your eyes will remain closed for an extended period. Please refrain from answering phone calls or using electronic devices during your service.
For sanitary and safety reasons, your Lash Artist cannot assist with answering or handling your phone.
Lash Concerns & Corrections
Your satisfaction is important to us. Sow Beautiful Lashes guarantees its work and offers a 3-day correction period for concerns to premature lash shedding.
If you experience any issues, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and address your concerns within the correction window.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we operate by appointment only, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellation and rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Fee
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two times. After two reschedules, any deposits or payments received may be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss a schedule appointment without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Due to the high demand for our services, Sow Beautiful Lashes reserves the right to decline future appointments for clients with excessive cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments.
These policies help ensure appointment availability for all clients and protect our business from losses caused by last-minute cancellations.

New Client Deposit Policy
All new clients are required to submit a non-refundable deposit to reserve and confirm their appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of services rendered at your appointment.
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Sow Beautiful Lashes.
Guests & Children
To maintain a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment, guests are not permitted during appointments.
Children are not allowed in the service area while you are receiving lash services. Because your eyes will be closed throughout the appointment, children would be unsupervised, creating potential safety concerns for themselves, other clients, and staff.
